1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on this Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing all of the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material on our Site that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so that we can locate it (e.g., the specific URL)
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
DMCA Notices must be sent to:

Designated DMCA Agent: The Good Feeling
Email: dmca@the-good-feeling.com

Please use the subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice – [Your Name]

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user.

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its former location on the Site
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

3. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

4. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages.
